All devices in sizes from 4 to 12 inches offer the same number of interfaces as well as maximum ease of use thanks to modern multi-touch technology. The new hardware also offers significantly more power for the implementation of visualization. System limits have been greatly increased, and in some cases even doubled. This enables the implementation of much larger applications than before on a panel system. In order to ensure the IT security of the devices, Siemens relies on a proprietary operating system and enables the user to deactivate unnecessary functions or interfaces.
