SWG 19910814016 Wood screw 8 mm 140 mm Spline drive Steel zinc plated 20 pc(s)

Wooden screws TX face plate, partial thread, galvanized

TX drive:
Good power transmission through six force attack surfaces (line contact), no drive-out effect (cam-out effect is omitted through cylindrical form), thus long life-span of bit, machine processing is possible, good torque transmission

Elevator head:
A smaller number of screws is required because stronger sealing of joints (even for deformed wood), high tightening and head tightening values, high utilization of tensile load capacity, faster processing time, since no additional washer is necessary

Lower head reinforcement:
User-safety through highest resistance against tearing

Partial thread:
Optimum processing result by a tight sealing of the upper layer of wood

Shaft cutter (friction part):
Less friction on the screw shaft ensures tool-protecting processing, less energy and effort because it works like a drill, reduction of the insertion resistance, easy to use long screws

Coarse thread:
Always brings the optimum processing speed for each screw length, faster screwing through thread geometry leads to time savings during processing

High-quality hardened steel:
High breaking torque, highest processing quality

Anti-friction coating:
Less power and effort needed because of the easy turn-in and low screw-in resistance

Cutting notch:
Less cutting forces due to drilling effect, reduced clearance angle of the wood makes possible cross-section screwing; machining of the wood fibers
