Description

The EV charger enables the safe charging of electric vehicles via standard domestic sockets by means of a type 2 connector (IEC 62196). With a charging power of up to 2.3 kW and compliance with the EN 62752 standard, it offers a reliable solution for daily use. The built-in LCD continuously displays the relevant battery values such as charging time, current and voltage.

Adjustable charging current
The charging current can be set flexibly to 6 A, 8 A or 10 A using a touch setting button. This allows controlled energy consumption, which can be optimally tuned to the respective power source.

Comprehensive security systems
The device is equipped with numerous protective functions, including over and under voltage protection as well as over temperature and over current protection. An integrated RCD protection (type A 30 mA AC + 6 mA DC) provides additional security against fault currents during charging.

Robust design
The control box corresponds to protection class IP66 and is thus dust-proof and protected against strong water jets. The plug connections are also optimized for outdoor use (IP44 on the mains plug and up to IP65 on the type 2 plug when connected).

High mobility and range
With a total cable length of 5 m, the charger offers sufficient clearance between the current source and the vehicle. Thanks to the compact design and the bag included in the delivery it can be stowed away in the vehicle to save space and transported.
