Description
The LanTEK IV-S 500 cable certification system performs acceptance measurements against the required standards via the auto-test function and tests the conformity to the relevant standards TIA/ISO/IEC measuring range up to 500 MHz/Cat. 6A/ISO-CLASS EA. In addition, the latest measurement requirements such as TCL/ELTCTL and DCRU (resistance unbalance) are already included for the new PoE measurements. The live wiring test shows a real-time wiring test without the need for a complete autotest. The permanent link adapter VisiLINQ™ enables the service technician to start the tests and obtain a PASS/FAIL result through the LED display on both sides of the adapters. The measurement is started conveniently with the test button on the VisiLINQ adapter. Simple project navigation with drag & drop as well as the creation of folders and sub-folders simplifies the assignment of building/room/cabinet/rack. Preconfiguration of the entire project via TREND Anyware Cloud avoids configuration errors and the possible online live support via TeamViewer to the LanTEK IV-S reduces the time required for troubleshooting and improves the collaboration between the technician and the site manager.

Features
- Certification: Frequency range up to 500 MHz, TIA CAT. 5e,6.6A / ISO class C,E,EA, including measurement of TCL/ELTCTL and DCRU
- Easy setup: Set up the project on the same screen, configure copper and fiber measurements, and start the test
- Live Wiring Test - This test shows a real-time wiring test without a complete autotest
- DCRU - Resistance asymmetry: Measure resistance unbalance to ensure that the cabling meets the latest PoE requirements
- TCL/ELTCTL: Measurement to meet symmetry requirements for optimal performance in noisy environments
- VisiLINQ Permanent Link Adapter - Smarter, not harder to work: The VisiLINQ enables the service technician to start the tests and get a PASS/FAIL result through the LED indicator on both sides of the adapters. The measurement is started conveniently with the TEST button on the VisiLINQ
- Simple project navigation with drag & drop in a cloud solution: Reducible folders make it easier to navigate between building/room/cabinet/rack like never before
- Avoiding expensive configuration errors: Pre-configuration of the entire project via TREND Anyware Cloud
- Live support: Online connection to the LanTEK IV-S reduces time spent troubleshooting, improves collaboration, and avoids unnecessary reruns
