Description
LED device-carrier for E-Line lighting system 7651 Fix. Designed for use in applications with high demands on temperature resistance, light efficiency and life of the light band. Device holders with a length of 1474 mm are suitable for the set-up of new plants as well as for renovation applications in existing plants with E-Line T5N / LED light band systems. Fulfils DIN 10500. The lamps are suitable for applications in HACCP, IFS and/or BRC Global Standard Food certified companies in the food and beverage industry. For combination with support profiles E-Line Fix 0765 Compatible with carrier profiles E-Line T5N/LED 07650 Combination with accessories 07650... (Support profile, IP head piece) suitable for use in fire-endangered operation areas according to DIN EN 60598- 2-24 (D-ID). Attachment to the supporting profile by tool-free operable stainless steel snap locks. The correct mounting of the device carrier with the support profile is confirmed by a click-in sound. The transparent mounting elements made of UV-stabilized polycarbonate can be removed after a successful installation and thus ensure theft and dismantling protection. A combination of device carriers of different radiation characteristics or light output within a light band application creates a harmonious and uniform appearance of the lighting system through uniform design dimensions of the variants. Characteristic of light intensity distribution: Wide. C0 = 94°, C90 = 101°, main beam angle C0 = +/- 25°. The optical system consists of three light-matched subsystems that reduce glare to a minimum even at high light currents and produce homogeneous illumination. The final prismatic PMMA cover is impact resistant. Distribution of total light intensity Direct/indirect share: 72% / 28%. Glare evaluation according to UGR classification (EN 12464-1) = 8000 lm < 19. Insect-proof lamp compartment thanks to IP50 protection class. Recommended installation height: 3 - 6 m. With two LED modules (2 x 96 LED). Generation of light free of infrared (IR) and ultraviolet (UV) proportions. The lamp light current of the device carrier is electronically parameterized in the production process as requested by the customer. Parameterized rated luminous flux of the device carrier: 8,000 lm. Rated output 57 Watt, Light output 140 lm/W. Light color neutral white, most similar color temperature (CCT) 4000 K, general color rendering index (CRI) 80, color site tolerance (initial Macadam) = 3 SDCM. Average lifetime measured L80(TQ 35 °C) = 70,000 h. Device carrier made of steel plate, white coated Length of device carrier 1,474 mm. Insect-proof lamp compartment thanks to IP50 protection class. Permissible ambient temperature (ta) 35 °C. Protection class (DIN EN 60529):IP50 Protection class (EN 61140): I. Shock resistance according to IEC 62262: IK06, test temperature glow wire test according to IEC 60695-2-11: 650°C. Self-activating electrical connection through contact pins with phase selection. The phase selection is done without any tools. With mechanical incorrect mounting protection. With electronic operating device, digitally dimmable (DALI). Operating device in accordance with DALI 2 standard (EN 62386). The lamp can be equipped with the Monitoring ready (MOR) functionality upon request. This lamp meets the basic requirements of the applicable EU Directives and the German Product Safety Act and carries the CE marking. A special online tool is available for the simple and quick planning and configuration process of the application. The resource-optimized packaging concept of the light band components facilitates assembly and protects the environment.
