Description
This butt connector set is particularly suitable for hobbyists, professionals, field teams, service workshops, electronics and laboratories. The inner hot-melt adhesive provides for a sealing if it overlaps correctly, because the hot-melt inner adhesive seals off water proof if it overlaps correctly and is used correctly. At the same time, the soldering ring connects the two conductors during the shrinking and melting process. The advantage of the transparent design is that you can see the wrapped object.
The application is very simple: Strip cable and insert it into the plug on both sides until the stripped cable ends overlap (or rotate) under the soldering ring. Even heat in the heat shrink or melting point of the solder until it has melted - preferably with a hot air gun or hot air blower - and that's it. Maximum current is limited by the conductor cross-section of the cable used, its conductor material and the quality of the solder joint.
Melt-temperature Solder: Approx. 160 °C, operating temperature range: -55 - +125 °C.
