UBC Bearing 61804 2Z Deep groove ball bearing Bore diameter 20 mm Outside diameter 32 mm Rotational speed (max.) 19000 U

Deep groove ball bearing, single row, DIN625
Deep groove ball bearings are the most widely sold type of bearing, because of their wide range of applications and low cost. They accept radial and axial forces and are suitable for high rotational speeds. Because of their constructional features, deep groove ball bearings are suitable for a wide range of applications. UBC deep groove ball bearings are heat treated, so that they can be used in operating temperatures of up to 150 °C.
Deep groove ball bearing with shields
The suffix 2Z after the type number indicates shields on both sides. The shields protect the inner part of the bearings from the entry of particles of dirt and other foreign bodies. If the outer ring rotates however, these bearings achieve no more than 40% of the maximum speed rating. Deep groove ball bearings covered on both sides, manufactured by UBC, greased for life and therefore maintenance-free.
Deep groove ball bearings with seals on both sides
The suffix 2RS after the type number indicates seals on both sides. These seals, made of rubber encased sheet steel reinforcement and closed with a sealing lip on the inner ring, offer a high protection class against the entry of dirt and moisture. The synthetic rubber is resistant to a wide range of aggressive substances. Manufactured by UBC, these deep groove ball bearings are sealed on both sides, greased for life and therefore maintenance-free.
