Diode battery couplers are used to provide continuous DC power to power critical equipment such as an electronic motor control system. Two or more can be used with the help of a diode battery couplerConnect DC power sources in parallel to supply the required consumer. If a source fails, the supply of the necessary consumer is not interrupted. The Argo battery couplers are characterized by a low voltage drop, which can be traced back to the use of Schottky diodes: At low current, the voltage drop is about 0.3 V and the nominal output is about 0.45 V.
