Description
the fischer FSW adjustment disc is used in combination with the fischer UltraCut FBS II hexagon head US 10 diameter (gvz) concrete screw for quick and easy mounting of wooden beams or wooden clamps. This saves enormous time, especially in house construction, and reduces the load on the craftsman when mounting wooden sleepers.

Features
- With the help of the adjustment disc FSW and the fischer UltraCut FBS II 10 US gvz concrete screw, wooden beams can be adjusted quickly and easily
- The adjustment process is so simplified that no second person support is required
- the adjustment disc is fitted with commercially available screws (recommendation: fischer Power-Fast FPF-PT 5x40, Art. No. 652880) to the wooden beam
- Create the drill hole using a hammer drill or hollow drill and prepare the drill hole in the wooden beam
- Clean the drill hole
- Cleaning can be completely omitted if a hollow drill is used to create the hole
- It is not necessary to clean the drill hole when drilling vertically into the ceiling or floor
- For drilling holes in the ground, however, the drill hole depth must be increased by an additional 3 x drill diameter
- Merge the adjusting disk with the concrete bolt so that the molded washer of the concrete bolt fits into the recess of the adjusting disk
- Set the concrete screw to the specified torque using a tangential impact wrench (Fischer FSS 18V 400BL recommendation with torque control)
- Place a second adjusting disk with the lowering downwards on the already installed concrete screw
- Fasten the fischer adjustment discs on the wood with standard screws with a flat head
- Now the concrete screw can be easily loosened again and the beam can be aligned and underfed or subdued as required
- After adjustment, retighten the concrete screw
- The recommendation is to use the fischer FSS 18V 400BL impact driver with torque control
- Optional: After the adjustment has been completed, the upper adjustment disc can be removed again and used for the next assembly
