Description
To achieve low-level screws, the diameter of the blade with conventional electrician screwdrivers is often too large. However, removing the insulation is not permitted and also poses a risk to your own safety. The protective insulation was integrated in the blade in Wiha slimTECHNOLOGY, specially designed for electrical applications, in order to enable up to 33% slimmer blades. With the slimBits even deep-lying screw and spring elements can be achieved effortlessly. The insulated slimBits are subjected to a routine test according to the international standard IEC 60900 and allow a safe working within the range of live parts to 1,000 V AC.
