Ensure perfect alignment
For the most reliable wireless charging, we recommend a slim mobile phone sleeve (up to 3 mm Dick), which is designed for wireless charging. A case with an integrated magnetic ring (e.g. MagSafe-compatible cases) provides for a perfect alignment of your device and a stable 15 W Qi2-charging. Avoid covers with metal plates, additional magnets or thick protective layers, as they can impair charging efficiency.
