14 days return policy
All Conrad products can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. This right of return does not limit your statutory rights and therefore does not limit your right of withdrawal.
Details of the 14-day return policy
You may return items within 14 days after receipt subject to the products being unused, in perfect original condition and being returned with all components.
However, sealed items which have been unsealed, such as CDs, DVDs, audio/VHS tape, PC games, and PC software cannot be returned. Moreover, the right to cancel does not apply to digital products not contained on a physical storage medium (CD, DVD, etc). Postage refunds are limited to items returned to make a warranty claim. Please send us your receipt of postage paid.
N.B. In order to be eligible for a shipping refund you need to choose the most cost-effective carrier which, in most cases, is the national postal service of your country. Don’t forget to provide your bank details, to enable us to credit your account. If the returned faulty item is oversized or exceeds the postal weight limits please get in touch so that we can work out a mutually agreeable shipping method.
