Description
The FIAP PVC ACTIVE ConeCheck cone check valve seals through the medium pressure (water column). This is equipped with a spring, closes independently and can be installed in any position. The main application area of the check valves is the return flow prevention: They protect pumps in pipes. Very high quality design for long durability and functionality. The non-return valve with cone has an important function. It ensures that the liquid moves only in one direction. A non-return valve installed in the pressure line after a pump ensures that when the pump stops, the liquid does not return to the pump and flows through the pump in an uncontrolled manner. A non-return valve, installed at the start of a suction pipe, ensures that the water does not run out of the suction hose when the pump is switched off. When the pump is started again, water is at the pump immediately and the pump does not have to pump the suction pipe empty due to increasing force and wear. Here the variant is suitable as a non-return valve with foot valve. At the start of the check valve, there is a strainer or strainer (strainer. This strainer protects the interior and function of the return valve against the effects of coarse dirt, impurities or solid substancesOn this non-return valve, the spring is additionally covered by a PTFE (Teflon) hose and both ends are welded. Thus, this non-return valve can be used for coordinating liquids or Salt water aquariums and salt water pools. The PVC ACTIVE ConeCheck cone check valve from FIAP has a union nut on both sides and can be removed from the installation for cleaning purposes or similar. There is an adhesive sleeve on each side, which is glued with PVC pipe. PVC adhesives and PVC cleaners are required for this purpose. The non-return valve is equipped with a stainless steel spring. The lock of the FIAP PVC ACTIVE ConeCheck cone check valve is generated by the spring pressure. This means that the valve is not heavily dependent and can be installed in any position.
