Description
The cable connector developed MCT series were combined with renowned international food manufacturers and can reduce product contamination by plastic sections. The MCT-series is made of a special nylon-compound with 10% metal parts manufactured. Through this entire product metal pigments contained in a detection of all cable ties, but also strip sections is possible. This is especially valid with the production process to the stringent HACCP system to avoid contamination The use of color, a bold blue, also allows for quick and clear visual monitoring of cognition.
Applications:
With the cable ties of the MCT series ,the food and pharmaceutical production will be safe Impurities or contamination of Produktionsgutes caused by cable strip sections can be almost impossible with these products. The cable connectors are suitable for sealing shipping containers, cans and bags. Furthermore : MCT-binder for the installation of cables and lines to production facilities.
Suitable Processing Tools: MK3SP, MK3PNSP2, MK7P, MK7, MK7HT, MK20, MK6, MK6PN, MK9, MK9HT, MK21.
