Description
Precisely calibrated, digital humidity sensor (thawing-resistant and temperature-compensated) with I2C-interface. Other advantages are a low hysteresis, compensated linearity error and temperature drift. Up to 128 sensors can be addressed at the bus. The sensor is mechanically robust, fully replaceable and chemically resistant. High-quality micro-system on ceramic substrate with capacitive polymer-sensor element.
