The Telekom Speed Link 5501 enables a data transfer with up to 100 MBit/s. Home users benefit from the high download transfer rate, the numerous multimedia services such as high-speed Internet applications, high-quality video streams and voice services.
Concerning broadband home networking, the Telekom Speed Link 5501 along with 2 Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports and a high-performance WLAN base station, a connection of terminals with bandwidths of up to 300 MBit/s thanks to 2.4 and 5 Ghz radio spectrum and MIMO technology (2 external antennas) permitted.
Separate WLAN and WPS button allow easy switching on and off of the WLAN as well as a fast registration of new WLAN clients.
Two USB 2.0 host interfaces for connecting printers or storage devices enable an automated and centralized access to these devices via the integrated media or print server.
In addition, the Telekom Speed Link 5501 via a browser-based user interface is configured and can be adjusted.
