Description

USB converter for accessing data on SATA drives, IDE drives and SSDs without installing them
Up to now, transfering files from old and already removed hard drives using a PC or laptop required re-installing them. A time-consuming and not always straightforward task. This converter allows you to connect external drives to the USB 3.0 port of a PC or laptop - without the need for an enclosure, caddy or brackets.

No installation in desktop PC required
No fiddling with tiny screws and time-consuming set-ups. Plug in via USB. Done.

Back up via USB
The converter turns IDE drives, SATA HDDs and SATA SSDs into external USB drives. Means transfering images and files from already removed old hard drives and creating backups has become super easy. Moreover, the converter allows testing and operating any hard disk and burners via USB 3.0.

USB 3.0 SuperSpeed
USB 3.0 enables transfering data stored on already removed SATA/IDE hard disks/disk drives at rates of up to 5 Gbps (about 10 x faster than USB 2.0), making backing up large data volumes significantly easier. The converter also supports USB 2.0, however, at much lower transfer rates.

Reading IDE and SATA HHDs simultaneously
Use one port to operate a SATA and a IDE drive at the same time. No more constant connecting and disconnecting drives.

Only power up drives when needed
The PSU comes with an On/Off switch, protecting the drives you don't need at the moment.
