ABB Infrared sensor Transmitter, Inductive Orion3-4-K1C-050-E

Orion is the light grid/light curtain series from ABB. The products are available in a base and an extended version. All Extended versions have an integrated muting and blanking function. Orion equipment is a safety light grid/curtain for applications that require the protection of personnel from a hazardous machine, robot or other automated systems and where access to a hazardous area is provided. Orion uses infrared rays to create a protective field. When a beam is interrupted, a stop command is issued and the dangerous movement is stopped. M12 connectors ensure fast connection and a wide range of accessories make installation quick and easy. The integrated muting lamp reduces the necessary cabling and the existing muting function reduces the complexity. The different models can be used to optimize costs.
