DROCK 3D PLA - precision, sustainability and reliability in 3D printing
Versatile PLA filament for precise and aesthetic results.

THE DROCK 3D PLA is a high-quality, plant-based filament based on polylactid - designed for users who expect consistent print quality, easy handling and a clean, glossy surface finish. Thanks to its excellent flowing properties and fast cooling, it enables sharp edges, precise details and a high dimensional stability – even at higher printing speeds.

Beddrom 3D: The brand behind the material
BEDPRINT 3D stands for over 13 years of experience in industrial 3D printing - born from the roots of Innofil3D, BASF and Forward AM. Today the experienced team returns to its origins: Independently, focused and with the same passion for quality.

Under the new name, MBED 3D, the well-known Ultrafuse filaments are being continued with the aim of providing professional printing materials with the highest dimensional accuracy, reliability and consistency.

Courage enough to start again. Ground-standing enough to deliver.

Long-lasting, dimensionally stable and easy to process
The biologically degradable DRUCK 3D PLA is manufactured from renewable raw materials and combines environmental awareness with industrial performance. It hardly warps, shows minimal shrinkage and is therefore suitable for Ideal for open 3D printing systems. Thanks to the low processing temperatures and the easy handling of adhesive on common printing surfaces - such as glass or PEI - users achieve reproducible results without extensive calibration.

For professional applications and creative projects
With a balanced ratio of strength, detail accuracy and temperature resistance, the DROCK 3D PLA is suitable for a wide range of applications - from Rapid prototyping and functional samples to teaching models, design objects or end-user products. Due to its high surface quality, it is particularly popular for visible components, presentation models and packaging prototypes.

Compatible with soluble support material
In combination with DROCK 3D BVOH as support material, complex geometries with overhangs and hollow structures can be implemented without any problems. The support material dissolves the residue and leaves behind smooth, clean surfaces - Ideal for demanding technical components or filigree designs.
