DROCK 3D PLA Touch - Maximum Impact resistance and Productivity in 3D-Printing
High-performance, bio-based filament for professional applications.

DROCK 3D PLA Tough was specially developed for users who demand the highest level of reliability, speed and mechanical performance. The bio-based and bio-compatible material combines the simple printability of classical PLA filaments with extraordinary high impact strength and dimensional stability - Ideal for functional prototypes, devices, orthopedic aids and standard components.

Beddrom 3D: The brand behind the material
BEDPRINT 3D stands for over 13 years of experience in industrial 3D printing - born from the roots of Innofil3D, BASF and Forward AM. Today the experienced team returns to its origins: Independently, focused and with the same passion for quality.

Under the new name, MBED 3D, the well-known Ultrafuse filaments are being continued with the aim of providing professional printing materials with the highest dimensional accuracy, reliability and consistency.

Courage enough to start again. Ground-standing enough to deliver.

Designed for high-speed printing
With validated print speeds of up to 300 mm/s, the DREDPRINT 3D PLA Tough enables highly efficient production without hardware adjustments. Despite the high speed, the material delivers an excellent surface finish and consistently high print quality. The low level of error ensures minimal scrap rates and optimized production costs.

Robustness on technical level
PLA Tough provides up to 720% higher impact resistance and 133% higher resistance than conventional ABS - simple to use at the same time. Optional tempering (annealing) can further increase the mechanical properties: Up to 230% increased impact resistance and heat resistance up to 157°C. Thus, the material achieves performance values that are typically only achieved by technical plastics.

Compatible with water soluble support material
In combination with DROCK 3D BVOH, complex geometries with overhangs or hollow structures can be realized precisely and cleanly. The support material dissolves completely in water for easy and chemical-free post-processing.

Large coils for industrial applications
BEDROOM 3D PLA Tough is also available on large coils - perfect for mass production, high print volumes or continuous production without frequent coil changes. This significantly increases productivity and minimizes downtime.
