Description
With this shield terminal from Delock a cable with a diameter of 10 - 20 mm can be attached to a 35 mm wide top-hat rail. In addition, the clamp can also be used as an EMC shield. This prevents any undesired electrical or electromagnetic effects from conducting the DIN rail.
Application
To secure a cable to the terminal, the spring must be pressed down using a tool, such as a screwdriver. If a cable is attached to the terminal, it is best to release it by pressing down the spring with the cable. The shield clamp can also be screwed onto the DIN rail. An HX3 Allen key is required for this purpose.
