Lab marker for extra fine and precise marking and labeling of smooth and transparent surfaces such as slides, reaction vessels, Petri- and laboratory shells. The round tip has a marking width of 0.75 mm. Quick drying, abrasion resistant, waterproof, fade-resistant and low-odor ink. Permanent on plastics; removable from glass with acetone, ethanol, isopropanol and methyl ethyl ketone. Quality tested: Very resistant to abrasion, high temperatures on aluminum up to +500 °C and cold temperatures up to -183 °C in liquid nitrogen. Recommended by Clariant. Available in black color. Suitable replacement tips (Edding 404 spare tips) are available. The ink is low-odor and without the addition of toluol/xylol.
