Description
Single row angular contact ball bearings are self retained, consisting of robust inner and outer races, and balls. They come in two types: open and closed. Closed types are greased-for-life bearings.
Postposed characters are used to identify different bearing types.
· B = modified inner components
· JP = sheet metal cage
· MP = robust brass cage
· TVH/TVP = PVC cage
· UA = generally suitable for paired fitting, X and O arrangement, low axial clearance
· UO = generally suitable for paired fitting, X and O arrangement, no backlash
· UL = generally suitable for paired fitting, X and O arragement, preload
· P5 = tolerance rating
· 2RS = bilateral lip seal
