Description
The lead-free SMD solder paste Cream® ''Active-Clear'' is a homogeneous, ready to use, low-odor mixture of metal powder, binder, solvents and fluxes.
It is free from any thixotropy agent, therefore a stable viscosity is guaranteed. This paste has excellent wetting properties and is excellent for soldering problematic surfaces such as chemical. Ni/Au, chemical. Suitable for AG or OSP.
