Homematic IP Security and outdoor sounder package

Reliable monitoring and alarm for more security in your own four walls.

The compact, inconspicuous motion detector detects movements at a distance of up to 12 m and an angle of approx. 105°. The loud alarm siren ensures an acoustic and visual signaling in your home in case of an alarm. In addition, the alarm is displayed anywhere and at any time on the smartphone via the Homematic IP App.

The access point connects the smartphone to the Homematic IP devices as a central element of the system via the Homematic IP Cloud. Direct communication between the devices triggers the alarm even when the Internet/Cloud connection is inactive. Even if the access point is destroyed, e.g. by a burglar, the alarm siren is triggered reliably.

High security thanks to AES-encrypted radio transmission and server location of the Homematic IP Cloud in Germany – no query or collection of personal data.

The set can be expanded at any time to a fully comprehensive Smart Home solution and is compatible with more than 80 devices from the Homematic IP range, e.g. with the window and door contact etc.

The Homematic IP alarm siren for the outdoor area enables a reliable acoustic and visual alarm signal within the Homematic IP Smart Home system.

Via the radio alarm siren – outside burglars or other events can be reliably signaled. For this purpose, the outdoor siren has two powerful piezo loudspeakers as well as conspicuous signal LEDs, which are housed in a weatherproof housing with protection class IP44. The alarm can be triggered, for example, by a Homematic IP motion detector or a Homematic IP window and door contact. Thanks to the direct connection between the devices, the alarm trigger works reliably even in the absence of an Internet connection or failure of the Homematic IP Access Point or the central CCU2/CCU3.

In addition, the siren has a sabotage contact, which triggers the alarm in case of unauthorized dismantling attempts. Thanks to the sustainable power supply via solar cell in connection with a buffer battery, no separate power supply is required for the installation. Thus, the alarm siren can also be mounted in places that are difficult to access. The battery ensures reliable operation even at night or on cloudy days. In addition, the siren can also be recharged via the micro USB port if required.
