Description
The 2-row surface-mounted fuse box consists of a high-quality and lockable acrylonitrile butadiene stirene distributor housing (ABS). The surface-mounted distributor offers space for a total of 24TE (division units, 17.5 millimeters each) for fuses, electricity meters and switching elements. Furthermore, the 2-row surface-mounted small distributor impresses with its high impact resistance and protection class IP40. Your fuses & components are protected in our 2-row surface mounted fuse box against all environmental influences in drying rooms. The surface-mounted distributor is supplied with an N and PE terminal. Mounting material + instructions for quick mounting are also included. All materials are tested according to the applicable standards IEC 60670.
ALL-ROUND TALENT FOR THE HIGHEST DEMANDS
The fuse boxes of the DISBOX-MA series possess an IP40 degree of protection and are thus optimally suitable for use in all types of indoor rooms. The surface-mounted fuse box is made of high-quality acrylonitrile butadiene stirene (ABS) and thus conforms to the requirements of halogen-free, UV-stability and ROHS and REACH-conformity. A total of 8 different housing sizes from 8 to 54 module slots are available in this series. Each case size can be supplied with either a white or a transparent door. While the white door prevents the view of the fixtures, the transparent door offers the possibility of visually checking the indicator lights or device conditions at any time. As a surface-mounted distributor, this design offers the possibility of cable entry via the rear wall of the housing. For this purpose, various knockouts are provided in the bottom of the housing for easy break-out.
SCOPE OF DELIVERY AND EXTENSIVE ACCESSORIES
for the scope of delivery of the DISBOX-MA series include not only extensive operating instructions and the insulated PE&N terminals but also all the necessary fixing screws, which enable a quick mounting. We also install all required mounting rails type TS35 in the lower part of the housing. The number and length of the mounting rails depends on the defined number of module slots per housing. If individual module slots are not required, corresponding blind covers are also included in the standard delivery. In addition to the insulated screw terminals used as standard, double-row screw terminals or screwless terminal strips can also be supplied. The normal door lock can be replaced by a security lock on request, which protects access by unauthorized persons. All materials are UV-stable and halogen-free and tested according to applicable standards.
