Description
The flush-mounted 4-row fuse box is a lockable distributor housing for fuses and switching elements. A total of up to 48TE (1TE=17.5 millimeters) can be installed on switches and components on the installation rail. The flush-mounted fuse box is made of high-quality acrylonitrile butadiene stirene (ABS). The high impact resistance of the metal door and protection class IP40 ensure that your fuses are protected against all environmental influences. The plastic housing of the UP small distributor is supplied with an N and PE terminal. Mounting material for quick mounting is also included. All materials are tested according to the applicable standards IEC 60670.
850°C GLOW WIRE TEST AND METAL DOOR
The modern and tidy design of the DISBOX-G series pleases architects and builders alike. Fuse boxes are an important component of the house electrical system especially with modern architecture and modern smart home functions and therefore with the DISBOX-K series we offer a flush-mounted distribution box, which meets the highest design requirements. The fuse boxes of the DISBOX-K series have an IP40 degree of protection and are therefore optimally suitable for use in all types of indoor rooms. The wall box is made of high-quality acrylonitrile butadiene stirene (ABS) and thus corresponds to the requirements according to halogen-free, UV-stability and ROHS and REACH-conformity. The special feature of this series is the use of a front frame and a steel door. Thus, the DISBOX-K series also meets the highest demands. In addition to the standard range (650°C glow wire testing), we also offer our premium range with 850°C glow wire testing (IEC/EN 60335-1). A total of 5 different housing sizes from 12 to 70 module slots are available in this series.
SCOPE OF DELIVERY AND EXTENSIVE ACCESSORIES
for the scope of delivery of the DISBOX-K series include not only extensive operating instructions and the insulated PE&N terminals but also all the necessary fixing screws, which enable a quick mounting. We also install all required mounting rails type TS35 in the lower part of the housing. The number and length of the mounting rails depends on the defined number of module slots per housing. If individual module slots are not required, corresponding blind covers are also included in the standard delivery. In addition to the insulated screw terminals used as standard, double-row screw terminals or screwless terminal strips can also be supplied. The normal door lock can be replaced by a security lock on request, which protects access by unauthorized persons. All materials are UV-stable and halogen-free and tested according to applicable standards.
