Model 2636B SourceMeter of the 2600B family series is a new improved single-channel SMU meter with an integrated four-quadrant design. It enables simultaneous supply/measurement of voltage/current resulting in higher productivity for applications in R&D up to automated tests during production. In addition to the functions of model 2636A, model 2636B offers a resolution of 6½ digits, USB2.0 connection and software command emulation of model 2400 SourceMeter, so that an easy transfer of older test codes is possible. The 2636B is equipped with Keithley High Speed TSP technology (over 190% faster than traditional PC instrument communication), which provides significantly faster system-level performance and makes it more cost-effective to run tests. The high dynamic range (1.5A DC, 200V, 0.1fA) of this SMU allows it to work in a wide range of applications.
