The LUKAS diamond pin is a high-performance diamond tool for precise applications. Diamond is the hardest material known to mankind and is one of the class of super abrasive abrasive abrasive abrasive abrasive abrasive abrasive grinding agents. Due to their excellent hardness they are an indispensable part of modern precision work. Due to complex synthesis or natural scarcity, diamond or CBN grains are much more expensive than conventional abrasive materials, but they are clearly superior due to their enormous hardness and are essential for many applications. Diamond tools are suitable for machining a wide range of materials, including hard materials such as hard metals, ceramics, glass as well as carbon and glass fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP or GRP) and even diamond itself, but also various plastics and rubber can be economically processed using diamond tools. Due to the galvanic configuration of the diamond grinding pin, both the base body and the binding are made of metal and thus offer excellent heat dissipation during the grinding process. In the case of tools with galvanic coating, abrasive grains are electrochemically nickel-coated and thus bound to the surface of a metallic base. Abrasive bodies can be manufactured in a variety of dimensions and different fabrics. This means that the individual tool is available for every application.
