Manuflex AU7364.6011 Work table UNIVERSAL Special mobile with sheet-metal surface plate, WxDxH = 1500 x 1000 x 752-972 m

THE Universal Special worktable mobile in Reseda green RAL 6011, 1500 mm wide and 1000 mm deep is extremely stable and durable due to the self-supporting steel frame. The mobility of the work table makes it easy to change the place of work. There is no need to set up and dismantle or to reposition the table with difficulty by lifting the table. The table can also be used as a transport aid by means of a movement. Due to the wide range of accessories, the work table can be set up as a fully equipped assembly or test workstation. THE Universal Special mobile work table has a telescopic clamp screw height adjustment of 730-950 mm plus table plate thickness for different working heights during sitting and standing activities. With a load capacity of 250 kg (with uniform load distribution), the mobile work table is suitable for light assembly activities, testing activities or for use in production and dispatch. By using heavy-duty rollers, the load capacity can be increased even if a higher load is desired. Please ask. The self-supporting frame consists of 2 steel profile frames 57x43 mm and 2 stable, 60 mm high frames. The work table is supplemented with a TPE (thermoplastic elastomers) roller set 125 mm Ø, consisting of 2 castors with locking device and 2 fixed rollers for a good straight run. The frame is high quality powder coated in Reseda green RAL 6011. The sheet-metal surface table top 22 mm thick, 1500 mm wide and 1000 mm deep, consists of galvanized 1.5 mm thick fine sheet, which is mounted on an E-1 (emission class 1) 3-layer chipboard. The long sides are U-shaped. It is abrasion, shock and impact resistant, resistant, heat/solder, oil and grease resistant. As a result, the sheet-metal surface table top is suitable for mechanical work with heavy, angular, hot or oily work materials such as in car workshops, paint shops, welding work as well as in steel, machine and metal construction.
