Manuflex AU8125.5012 Working surface mounting table UNIVERSAL special with multiplex plate, WxDxH = 2000 x 1000 x 722-10

THE Universal Special work table in light blue RAL 5012, 2000 mm wide and 1000 mm deep is extremely stable and durable due to the self-supporting steel frame . Ideal for any application, whether as single or series work table, or due to the versatile accessories as a fully equipped assembly or test workplace. THE Universal Special workbench has a telescopic clamp screw height adjustment of 700-1000 mm plus table plate thickness for different working heights during sitting and standing activities. Due to the very high load capacity of 600 kg (with uniform load distribution), the table is ideally suited for high mechanical stress in production or assembly. The self-supporting frame consists of 1 steel profile frame 50 x 40 mm and 2 stable, 60 mm high frames as well as rubber shoes (6 mm) for protecting the floor covering. The frame is high-quality powder-coated in light blue RAL 5012. The oiled multiplex table top 22 mm thick, 2000 mm wide and 1000 mm deep, consists of a beech multilayer plate of quality class I/III. The multiplex table top is lubricated crosswise, water-proof under high pressure in accordance with DIN 68705 IF (IW67) and environmentally friendly. All edges and corners are ground and chamfered. A clear painting of the multiplex plate is possible on request. The multiplex table top is used wherever high mechanical loads, such as in the assembly and production areas, are required. Due to the gluing, the table top can also be used for occasional work with damp materials. IMPORTANT! A basic table is required for an add-on table (Basic Universal Special product number: AU7125.5012).
