Manuflex AU9055.6011 Universal Ergo K working table with multiplex plate, WxDxH = 1500 x 800 x 722-1022 mm Reseda green

THE Universal Ergo K working table with electro-hydraulics in Reseda green RAL 6011, 1500 mm wide and 800 mm deep is extremely stable and durable thanks to the self-supporting steel frame. Ideal for a quick and convenient change of working height and thus also suitable for the special requirements of shift operation. The work table is already mounted! Thus it is immediately ready for use. THE Universal Ergo K workbench has a robust, infinitely variable electro-hydraulic height adjustment with 4 lift cylinders of 722-1022 mm plus table top thickness by a powerful electric motor, 24 V low voltage with thermal overload protection. The memory function allows you to store up to 4 intermediate positions. The treble is controlled by pressing and holding the display key. Thus, THE Universal Ergo K workbench is ideally suited for frequent and quick switching between standing and sitting positions - for better fine motor control, higher visual accuracy and physical relief of your employees by changing the working position. The motor circuit is cyclic, use 12 min./h. The lifting speed is 100 mm per 10 seconds. The height adjustment can be operated at an ambient temperature of 0-40°C. The work table is supplied with a mains connection cable of 3 m, 230 V and matching EU plug. The work table can be loaded with up to 450 kg (with uniform load distribution). The load specification is always valid minus net weight as well as attachment weights such as surface-mounted portrays, chassis housings or intermediate floors. The self-supporting frame consists of 2 steel profile frames 57 x 43 mm and 2 stable, 60 mm high frames as well as rubber shoes (6 mm) for protecting the floor covering. The frame is high quality powder coated in Reseda green RAL 6011. The oiled multiplex table top 22 mm thick, 1500 mm wide and 800 mm deep, consists of a beech multilayer plate of quality class I/III. The multiplex table top is lubricated crosswise, water-proof under high pressure in accordance with DIN 68705 IF (IW67) and environmentally friendly. All edges and corners are ground and chamfered. A clear painting of the multiplex plate is possible on request. The multiplex table top is used wherever high mechanical loads, such as in the assembly and production areas, are required. Due to the gluing, the table top can also be used for occasional work with damp materials. UNIVERSAL Ergo K is also available on request as an attachment bench and with crimp-type protection strips. THE Universal Ergo workbench is generally delivered without side panels.
