Manuflex LB4038.5007 ESD ESD side table BASE mobile with melamine table top in brilliant blue RAL 5007, WxDxH 1250 x 600

The progressive development in electronics tends to be smaller and smaller components. With the constantly reduced size of various components, even the microscopic distances between the insulators and circuits within the components are reduced, so that suitable static protection measures are required. Tiny static discharges are not noticeable to individuals, but are nevertheless harmful to electronic components and components. What is more, the damage caused by the electrostatic charge cannot be detected by the naked eye. Electrostatically protected areas and individual ESD workstations are required in almost all electronics and semiconductor manufacturing. With our ESD workstation systems we help you to avoid electrostatic discharge and protect your components. The ESD mobile side table BASE with melamine table top is an inexpensive and flexible side table trolley for a wide range of applications in production, storage and shipping. The load capacity of 250 kg with uniform load distribution meets the requirements of simple mechanical, production or testing work in production, storage, assembly, laboratory and dispatch. The mobile version is also flexible and adaptable to production and production changes. Where the side table is needed, it can be easily pushed. If it is no longer needed, it can also be used elsewhere. Due to the simple mounting the side table is immediately ready for use. The table is equipped with a stable steel frame frame frame with 33 mm Ø round tube feet and 60 mm high frames. The frame is high-quality powder-coated in brilliant blue RAL 5007 conductive. The ESD side table is equipped with 2 conductive steering wheels and 2 Bock TPE wheels (thermoplastic elastomers), Ø 125 mm. For your safety, both castors are equipped with locking devices in accordance with EN 1757-3 . The light-gray melamine table top 25 mm thick, 1250 mm wide and 600 mm deep, consists of an electrically conductive melamine resin coating on volume conductive E 1 (emission class 1) 3-layer chipboard with fine structure on both sides. It has a light gray, impact-resistant plastic ummer. The melamine table top is electrically conductive, as far as possible abrasion and scratch resistant according to DIN EN 438 as well as non-glare and insensitive. The smooth surface is easy to clean. The leakage resistance according to EN 100015< 1x10 is^9> 7.5x10^5 ohms. The low-cost table top is suitable for light mechanical work and work, without higher chemical stress in the ESD range. The ESD side table BASE has a width of 1250 mm, a depth of 600 mm and a total height of 853 mm.
