Manuflex LC1113.7035 ESD ESD workbench CANTOLAB standard with rubber plate, WxDxH = 2000 x 800 x 762-788 mm Grey-white (

The progressive development in electronics tends to be smaller and smaller components. With the constantly reduced size of various components, even the microscopic distances between the insulators and circuits within the components are reduced, so that suitable static protection measures are required. Tiny static discharges are not noticeable to individuals, but are nevertheless harmful to electronic components and components. What is more, the damage caused by the electrostatic charge cannot be detected by the naked eye. Electrostatically protected areas and individual ESD workstations are required in almost all electronics and semiconductor manufacturing. With our ESD workstation systems we help you to avoid electrostatic discharge and protect your components. The ESD workbench CANTOLAB standard in light gray RAL 7035 conductive, 2000 mm wide and 800 mm deep, supports the protection against damage to your components from electrostatic discharge, including earthing box. Ideal for any workplace where cleanliness is paramount. Thanks to the optically appealing and closed pipe frames, the CANTOLAB work table is ideally suited as a test or laboratory workplace. The CANTOLAB standard workbench has a height adjustment by adjustable slider of 740-760 mm plus table plate thickness for different working heights in seated and standing activities. The load capacity of the CANTOLAB work table is 400 kg with uniform load distribution. The self-supporting frame consists of 2 square frames 40x40x2 mm and 2 stable square frames 50x30x2 mm, as well as height-adjustable adjustment sliders. The frame is high-quality powder-coated in light gray RAL 7035 conductive. The platinum-gray rubber table top 22 mm thick, 2000 mm wide and 800 mm deep, consists of homogeneous, electrically conductive rubber base-covering on E1 (emission class 1) 3-layer chipboard pressed in return. The rubber table top is bordered with light gray, impact-resistant plastic Umleimer. The smooth and medium hard (shore hardness 80) surface is easy to clean. It is also resistant to abrasion, scratches and shocks, is durable as well as solder and heat resistant, flame retardant according to B1 (fire protection class 1) DIN 4102. The table top has short-term chemical resistance to solvents, diluted acids, alkalis, oils and fats. The leakage resistance according to EN 61340-5-1 10^6-10^7 ohms. The tabletop is suitable for technical work and occasional work in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry and laboratories as well as with warmer materials.
