Manuflex LU4108.9006 ESD ESD workbench UNIVERSAL Standard basic table with melamine plate, WxDxH = 1750 x 1200 x 763-873

The progressive development in electronics tends to be smaller and smaller components. With the constantly reduced size of various components, even the microscopic distances between the insulators and circuits within the components are reduced, so that suitable static protection measures are required. Tiny static discharges are not noticeable to individuals, but are nevertheless harmful to electronic components and components. What is more, the damage caused by the electrostatic charge cannot be detected by the naked eye. Electrostatically protected areas and individual ESD workstations are required in almost all electronics and semiconductor manufacturing. With our ESD workstation systems we help you to avoid electrostatic discharge and protect your components. The ESD workbench UNIVERSAL Standard in aluminum silver similar to RAL 9006 conductive, 1750 mm wide and 1200 mm deep, supports the protection against damage to your components from electrostatic discharge, including earthing box. Ideal for any application, whether as single or series work table, or due to the versatile accessories as a fully equipped assembly or test workplace. THE Universal Standard workbench has a telescopic clamp screw height adjustment of 738-848 mm plus table plate thickness for different working heights for sitting and standing activities. Due to the very high load capacity of 700 kg (with uniform load distribution), the table is ideally suited for high mechanical stress in production or assembly. The self-supporting frame consists of 2 steel profile frames 50 x 40 mm and 2 stable, 60 mm high frames as well as rubber shoes (6 mm) for protecting the floor covering. The frame is high-quality powder-coated in aluminum silver similar to RAL 9006 conductive. The light-gray melamine table top 25 mm thick, 1750 mm wide and 1200 mm deep, consists of an electrically conductive melamine resin coating on volume conductive E 1 (emission class 1) 3-layer chipboard with fine structure on both sides. It has a light gray, impact-resistant plastic ummer. The melamine table top is electrically conductive, as far as possible abrasion and scratch resistant according to DIN EN 438 as well as non-glare and insensitive. The smooth surface is easy to clean. The leakage resistance according to EN 100015< 1x10 is^9> 7.5x10^5 ohms. The low-cost table top is suitable for light mechanical work and work, without higher chemical stress in the ESD range. THE Universal Standard workbench can be extended to a row workplace at any time and without restriction with additional add-on tables (Basic Universal Standard product number: LU6108.9006).
