Manuflex LU9053.9006 ESD ESD workbench UNIVERSAL ERGO K with rubber plate, WxDxH = 1500 x 800 x 722-1012 mm Aluminium si

The progressive development in electronics tends to be smaller and smaller components. With the constantly reduced size of various components, even the microscopic distances between the insulators and circuits within the components are reduced, so that suitable static protection measures are required. Tiny static discharges are not noticeable to individuals, but are nevertheless harmful to electronic components and components. What is more, the damage caused by the electrostatic charge cannot be detected by the naked eye. Electrostatically protected areas and individual ESD workstations are required in almost all electronics and semiconductor manufacturing. With our ESD workstation systems we help you to avoid electrostatic discharge and protect your components. The ESD workbench UNIVERSAL ERGO K in aluminum silver similar to RAL 9006 conductive, 1500 mm wide and 800 mm deep, supports the protection against damage to your components from electrostatic discharge, including earthing box. Ideal for any application, whether as a fully equipped assembly or test workstation or especially for the special requirements of shift operation. The ESD workbench is already mounted! Thus it is immediately ready for use. The ESD Universal ERGO K workbench has a robust, stepless hand crank hydraulic height adjustment with 4 lift cylinders of 700-1000 mm plus table top thickness for frequent changes between standing and sitting positions for better fine motor control, higher visual accuracy and physical relief for your employees by changing the working position. The crank handle can be folded down, so there is no risk of injury from a strip of the crank handle. The lifting speed is 5 mm per crank rotation. The height adjustment can be operated at an ambient temperature of 0-40°C. The ESD workbench can be loaded with up to 450 kg (with uniform load distribution). The load specification is always valid minus net weight as well as attachment weights such as surface-mounted portrays, chassis housings or intermediate floors. The self-supporting frame consists of 2 steel profile frames 57 x 43 mm and 2 stable, 60 mm high frames as well as rubber shoes (6 mm) for protecting the floor covering. The frame is high-quality powder-coated in aluminum silver similar to RAL 9006 conductive. The platinum-gray rubber table top 22 mm thick, 1500 mm wide and 800 mm deep, consists of homogeneous, electrically conductive rubber base covering on E1 (emission class 1) 3-layer chipboard pressed in return. The rubber table top is bordered with light gray, impact-resistant plastic Umleimer. The smooth and medium hard (shore hardness 80) surface is easy to clean. It is also resistant to abrasion, scratches and shocks, is durable as well as solder and heat resistant, flame retardant according to B1 (fire protection class 1) DIN 4102. The table top has short-term chemical resistance to solvents, diluted acids, alkalis, oils and fats. The leakage resistance according to EN 61340-5-1 10^6-10^7 ohms. The tabletop is suitable for technical work and occasional work in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry and laboratories as well as with warmer materials. On request, THE UNIVERSAL Ergo can also be supplied as a bench as well as with crimp-type protection strips. THE Universal Ergo workbench is generally delivered without side panels.
