Manuflex LZ3340.5021 ESD Side panel for UNIVERSAL Special & Ergo K+E ESD workbenches, WxH 606 x 538 mm, for table depth

The progressive development in electronics tends to be smaller and smaller components. With the constantly reduced size of various components, even the microscopic distances between the insulators and circuits within the components are reduced, so that suitable static protection measures are required. Tiny static discharges are not noticeable to individuals, but are nevertheless harmful to electronic components and components. What is more, the damage caused by the electrostatic charge cannot be detected by the naked eye. Electrostatically protected areas and individual ESD workstations are required in almost all electronics and semiconductor manufacturing. With our ESD workstation systems we help you to avoid electrostatic discharge and protect your components. Beautiful optics also at the ESD-workplace! With extra side panels, a functional ESD workstation can also be an eye-catcher and fun. But side panels offer many advantages not only from an optical point of view. The 38 mm hole pattern allows working aids such as bottle or flap holders to be positioned directly at the ESD workstation. This eliminates the need for long searches and eliminates frustration. Of course, even the most classic tools can be attached via holder or hook close to the grip. The decision is up to you! The side panel is suitable for all UNIVERSAL Special & Ergo K+E ESD workbenches with a depth of 800 mm. The 592 mm wide and 4 mm deep as well as 624 mm high side panel can be attached to the foot frame of the ESD work table on the left as well as on the right. The side panel is high-quality powder coated in water blue RAL 5021 conductive . Installation in connection with mezzanines is only possible on request.
