Manuflex LZ4664.2001 ESD ESD-casing-base, working height 300 mm with 3 drawers. For table depth 1200 mm

The progressive development in electronics tends to be smaller and smaller components. With the constantly reduced size of various components, even the microscopic distances between the insulators and circuits within the components are reduced, so that suitable static protection measures are required. Tiny static discharges are not noticeable to individuals, but are nevertheless harmful to electronic components and components. What is more, the damage caused by the electrostatic charge cannot be detected by the naked eye. Electrostatically protected areas and individual ESD workstations are required in almost all electronics and semiconductor manufacturing. With our ESD workstation systems we help you to avoid electrostatic discharge and protect your components. Complete housing base for ESD workbench, UNIVERSAL. For the intelligent and clean order at the workplace with a width of 500 mm, a depth of 580 mm and a height of 360 mm. The housing consists of a solid reinforced steel sheet construction, high-quality powder-coated in red-orange RAL 2001. The housing can be loaded for all UNIVERSAL ESD workbenches up to 200 kg (with UNIVERSAL Ergo up to 100 kg due to lift cylinder/hydraulics). The housing can be used on stationary UNIVERSAL ESD workbenches with a table depth of 1200 mm. The housing is fitted with a cylinder lock and 2 keys as standard, as well as a central lock. The housing has a working height of 300 mm and consists of 3 drawers with the aperture heights 1 x 50, 1 x 100, 1 x 150. The drawers can be extended up to 80% and can be loaded up to 35 kg. The drawers are equipped with a large handle bar and also with a label for labeling the drawers. In addition, the housing is also equipped with a single extension lock. This prevents the unintentional, simultaneous opening of several drawers and thus reduces the risk of crushing and injury. With UNIVERSAL Ergo ESD workbenches, it is only possible to use them from a table width of 1500 mm. Housings with a working height of 500 mm cannot be used with UNIVERSAL Ergo workbenches.
