Manuflex LZ8248.2001 ESD ESD box rack holder for UNIVERSAL and CANTOLAB with double joint, WxDxH= 435 x 165 x 120 mm

The progressive development in electronics tends to be smaller and smaller components. With the constantly reduced size of various components, even the microscopic distances between the insulators and circuits within the components are reduced, so that suitable static protection measures are required. Tiny static discharges are not noticeable to individuals, but are nevertheless harmful to electronic components and components. What is more, the damage caused by the electrostatic charge cannot be detected by the naked eye. Electrostatically protected areas and individual ESD workstations are required in almost all electronics and semiconductor manufacturing. With our ESD workstation systems we help you to avoid electrostatic discharge and protect your components. A wild confusion and a lack of overview often lead to unnecessary time losses. This happens for small parts that are stored on the work surfaces in an unsorted way. The ESD sight box shelf holder element is ideal for sight box shelves or as a storage space for small parts. It is attached to aluminum surface-mounted portals and creates a free work surface, which is thus available for the actual activity. The element also has a rotating plate, which is equipped with a handle bar. The dual-joint swivel arm allows the element to be positioned in a user-friendly and optimal manner. The range is at least 700 mm. The carrying capacity of the ESD sight box shelf bracket is 15 kg. Please note that the delivery does not contain a clear box shelf. You can order this with the article number LZ3901! The ESD box rack holder element has a width of 435 mm, a depth of 165 mm and a height of 120 mm. It is made of steel and is conductive with high-quality powder coating in red-orange RAL 2001.
