Manuflex LZ8312.6011 ESD Tiltable ESD storage console for UNIVERSAL and CANTOLAB, usable depth 495 mm. For table width 1

The progressive development in electronics tends to be smaller and smaller components. With the constantly reduced size of various components, even the microscopic distances between the insulators and circuits within the components are reduced, so that suitable static protection measures are required. Tiny static discharges are not noticeable to individuals, but are nevertheless harmful to electronic components and components. What is more, the damage caused by the electrostatic charge cannot be detected by the naked eye. Electrostatically protected areas and individual ESD workstations are required in almost all electronics and semiconductor manufacturing. With our ESD workstation systems we help you to avoid electrostatic discharge and protect your components. The tilting ESD storage console for all UNIVERSAL and CANTOLAB workbenches with a table width of 1250 mm, is used to optimize the work performance through the provision of tools in the gripping area and thus relieves the staff physically. Due to the stable steel sheet construction and the 38 mm curb on all sides, various small parts, tools and machines can be provided. The overall width of the ESD storage console is 1250 mm, the total depth is 500 mm and the total height is 38 mm. It has a useful depth of 495 mm. The tilting storage console is high-quality powder-coated in Reseda green RAL 6011 conductive. The tilting ESD storage console is attached to aluminum surface-mounted portals. The load capacity is 35 kg. The storage console is infinitely tiltable and can therefore be optimally equipped with, for example, storage boxes. It is infinitely adjustable in depth, which also allows the positioning of protruding products or the creation of additional working space.
