Manuflex LZ8324.5007 ESD ESD box carrier rail for aluminum surface mounting portal, in brilliant blue RAL 5007, WxDxH =

The progressive development in electronics tends to be smaller and smaller components. With the constantly reduced size of various components, even the microscopic distances between the insulators and circuits within the components are reduced, so that suitable static protection measures are required. Tiny static discharges are not noticeable to individuals, but are nevertheless harmful to electronic components and components. What is more, the damage caused by the electrostatic charge cannot be detected by the naked eye. Electrostatically protected areas and individual ESD workstations are required in almost all electronics and semiconductor manufacturing. With our ESD workstation systems we help you to avoid electrostatic discharge and protect your components. A wild confusion and a lack of overview often lead to unnecessary time losses. This often happens for small parts that are stored on the work surfaces in an unsorted way. This problem can be avoided by the ESD box carrier rail. It is attached to aluminum surface-mounted portals and can be easily tilted. View storage boxes with retaining tabs can be easily suspended on the box support rail. The carrying capacity of the ESD box carrier rail is 40 kg. The ESD box carrier rail has a width of 1746 mm, a depth of 2 mm and a height of 100 mm. It is made of steel and in brilliant blue RAL 5007 conductive high-quality powder coated.
