Medium-weight shelf plug-in shelf PLANAFIX Premium (extension shelf) for the highest quality requirements with steel floors. Completely powder-coated, ideally suited for almost all requirements in the warehouse. With diagonal for stabilizing the shelf. Frame design PLANAFIX Premium for the colored alternative under the storage racks. The shelf is finished welded, for the fast, time-saving construction and high-quality powder-coated in light gray RAL 7035. The shelf frames in the U-profile 30 x 30 mm are made of sheet steel and reinforced with struts - for a field load of up to 1500 kg. As standard with galvanized floor plates for dowel mounting. The frame height is 2500 mm. On request, we manufacture shelf frames individually. The rack consists of 6 shelves with a light width of 970 mm and a depth of 300 mm. The shelf thickness is 40 mm. The shelves are made of sheet steel and are particularly resistant and corrosion-resistant thanks to the storage material-protecting and powder-coated surface in light gray RAL 7035. The shelves can be adjusted in the grid of 50 mm in the plug system (in the area of the cross struts in the grid of 100 mm) and can thus be adjusted exactly to your needs. The load capacity per floor is 100 kg with uniform load distribution. CAUTION! A basic rack is required for an extension rack (storage rack PLANAFIX Premium basic rack Product number: RP2114.7035).
