Manuflex WP8021.9006 Workbench basic frame (W x D) 1750 mm x 700 mm Aluminium silver

THE Profi Ergo K workbench with hand crank in aluminum silver similar to RAL 9006, 1750 mm wide and 700 mm deep is extremely stable and durable thanks to the self-supporting steel frame. Ideal for any application, whether as a fully equipped assembly or test workstation or especially for the special requirements of shift operation. The workbench is already mounted! Thus it is immediately ready for use. THE Profi Ergo K workbench has a robust, stepless hand crank hydraulic height adjustment with 4 lift cylinders of 700-1000 mm plus table top thickness for frequent changes between standing and sitting positions for better fine motor control, higher visual accuracy and physical relief of your employees by changing the working posture. The crank handle can be folded down, so there is no risk of injury from a strip of the crank handle. The lifting speed is 5 mm per crank rotation. The height adjustment can be operated at an ambient temperature of 0-40 °C. The workbench can be loaded with up to 450 kg (with uniform load distribution). The load specification is always valid minus net weight as well as attachment weights such as surface-mounted portrays, chassis housings or intermediate floors. The self-supporting frame consists of 2 steel profile frames 57 x 43 mm and 2 stable, 60 mm high frames as well as rubber shoes (6 mm) for protecting the floor covering. The frame is high-quality powder coated in aluminum silver similar to RAL 9006. The nickel-gray linoleum bench plate 40 mm thick, 1750 mm wide and 700 mm deep, consists of very robust, wear-resistant and permanently antistatic linoleum flooring on E1 3-layer chipboard with counterpress. The linoleum plate consists of mainly natural raw materials such as wood and cork flour, linseed oil and jute. Furthermore, the linoleum bench panel is bordered with a shock-resistant plastic surround in multiplex décor. The linoleum bench plate is flame retardant according to B1 (fire protection class 1) and thus corresponds to DIN 4102. It also has a certain chemical resistance to oils, fats and tar. Due to its properties, the linoleum bench plate is suitable for technical and electrical work or for work requiring high abrasion resistance. It is also used for high mechanical requirements. THE Universal Ergo workbench is generally delivered without side panels. ON request, THE Profi Ergo workbench is also available in conductive design, as a workbench and with crimp-type protection strips.
