Manuflex WP8034.5007 Workbench basic frame (W x D) 2000 mm x 700 mm Brilliant blue (RAL 5007)

THE Profi Ergo K base bench with hand crank in brilliant blue RAL 5007, 2000 mm wide and 700 mm deep is extremely stable and durable thanks to the self-supporting steel frame. Ideal for any application, whether as a fully equipped assembly or test workstation or especially for the special requirements of shift operation. The workbench is already mounted! Thus it is immediately ready for use. THE Profi Ergo K workbench has a robust, stepless hand crank hydraulic height adjustment with 4 lift cylinders of 700-1000 mm plus table top thickness for frequent changes between standing and sitting positions for better fine motor control, higher visual accuracy and physical relief of your employees by changing the working posture. The crank handle can be folded down, so there is no risk of injury from a strip of the crank handle. The lifting speed is 5 mm per crank rotation. The height adjustment can be operated at an ambient temperature of 0-40 °C. The workbench can be loaded with up to 450 kg (with uniform load distribution). The load specification is always valid minus net weight as well as attachment weights such as surface-mounted portrays, chassis housings or intermediate floors. The self-supporting frame consists of 2 steel profile frames 57 x 43 mm and 2 stable, 60 mm high frames as well as rubber shoes (6 mm) for protecting the floor covering. The frame is high-quality powder coated in brilliant blue RAL 5007. The oiled multiplex workbench plate 40 mm thick, 2000 mm wide and 700 mm deep, consists of a beech multilayer plate of quality class I/III. The multiplex bench plate is lubricated crosswise, water-proof under high pressure in accordance with DIN 68705 IF (IW67) and in an environmentally friendly manner. All edges and corners are ground and chamfered. A clear painting of the multiplex plate is possible on request. The multiplex bench plate is suitable for professional use, with very high mechanical stress in the assembly and production area. Due to the gluing, the table top can also be used for occasional work with damp materials. THE Universal Ergo workbench is generally delivered without side panels. ON request, THE Profi Ergo workbench is also available in conductive design, as a workbench and with crimp-type protection strips.
