Manuflex WP8049.2001 Workbench basic frame (W x D) 1000 mm x 800 mm Red orange (RAL 2001)

THE Profi Ergo K base bench with crank handle in red-orange RAL 2001, 1000 mm wide and 800 mm deep is extremely stable and durable thanks to the self-supporting steel frame. Ideal for any application, whether as a fully equipped assembly or test workstation or especially for the special requirements of shift operation. The workbench is already mounted! Thus it is immediately ready for use. THE Profi Ergo K workbench has a robust, stepless hand crank hydraulic height adjustment with 4 lift cylinders of 700-1000 mm plus table top thickness for frequent, alternating between standing and sitting positions for better fine motor control, higher visual accuracy and physical relief of your employees by changing the working posture. The crank handle can be folded down, so there is no risk of injury from a strip of the crank handle. The lifting speed is 5 mm per crank rotation. The height adjustment can be operated at an ambient temperature of 0-40 °C. The workbench can be loaded with up to 450 kg (with uniform load distribution). The load specification is always valid minus net weight as well as attachment weights such as surface-mounted portrays, chassis housings or intermediate floors. The self-supporting frame consists of 2 steel profile frames 57 x 43 mm and 2 stable, 60 mm high frames as well as rubber shoes (6 mm) for protecting the floor covering. The frame is high-quality powder coated in red-orange RAL 2001. The light-gray plastic workbench plate 40 mm thick, 1000 mm wide and 800 mm deep, consists of easy-care melamine laminates on a E1 (emission class 1) 3-layer chipboard pressed in return. Furthermore, the plastic workbench plate is bordered with a shock-resistant plastic surround in multiplex decor. The surface is easy to clean. It is also resistant to abrasion, scratches and glare. The plastic workbench plate is suitable for activities without higher mechanical and chemical resistance requirements. THE Universal Ergo workbench is generally delivered without side panels. ON request, THE Profi Ergo workbench is also available in conductive design, as a workbench and with crimp-type protection strips.
