Manuflex ZB8258.7035 Box single carrier element for steel surface mounting portals for optimum access to storage boxes.

The curved box carrier element ensures a professional provision of storage boxes and containers . The semi-circle cockpit shape of the rotating carrier element enables optimum accessibility of the side-mounted boxes without blocking the working center. This is the decisive advantage over conventional straight speaker carrier elements. Avoid the hassle of moving to the side boxes and save time when accessing the contents of the box. With the double-joint swivel arm with a length of 700 mm, you can either move the speaker carrier element into the working room or remove it if not required. As such, it is possible to position the view storage boxes accurately to your optimum distance along with a lateral or frontal one. The box carrier element has a single carrier with two rail suspensions and can be equipped with up to 6 boxes of size 1 and 6 boxes of size 2 of the series: Futura RasterPlan PLK. You can find the corresponding boxes in the accessory link below the variant list. Of course, the element can also be equipped with other display storage boxes of different sizes. The prerequisite is a holding-cup suspension of the containers. Please observe the carrier rail width of 800 mm. Due to optimal access, we recommend to fit the small boxes in the upper and the large boxes in the lower rail suspension. If you only use one box size, you can of course vary freely between the rail suspension. Mounting screws on the rail suspensions prevent inserted view storage boxes from falling out on the side of the box carrier element. The speaker carrier element can be loaded up to 18 kg. We recommend a maximum box filling of 1 kg of box size 1 or 2 kg of box size 2. The speaker carrier element is attached to the aluminum mounting portal. The total discharge of the carrier element is 800 mm. The carrier rail is 89 mm high, with a total height of 105 mm of the complete unit. The speaker carrier element is made of steel sheet and high-quality powder-coated in light gray RAL 7035.
