PFERD TOOLS 21100257 Burr Length 55 mm Product size (Ø) 6 mm Working length 16 mm Shank diameter 6 mm

Teeth 5 with high-quality HICOAT coating HC-FEP is particularly well suited for fine machining of cast iron, steel, stainless steel (INOX) and high-temperature resistant materials such as nickel base and cobalt base alloys. It produces good surfaces and allows longer tool life and use in the higher cutting speed range compared to uncoated milling pins. Cylindrical milling pin according to DIN 8032 with serration according to DIN 8033 on periphery and front.

Benefits:
- High-quality HICOAT coating for high hardness and wear resistance.
- Good surface quality.
- High service life.
- Thanks to exact rotation, impact-free working is possible without rattle marks. This significantly reduces wear of the tool and the tool drive.
