PFERD TOOLS 21117307 Burr Length 55 mm Product size (Ø) 6 mm Working length 18 mm Shank diameter 6 mm

Teeth 3 with high quality HICOAT coating HC-FEP is particularly well suited for machining cast iron, steel, stainless steel (INOX), nickel base and titanium alloys. It is characterized by a good material removal. It also allows longer tool life and higher cutting speed applications compared to uncoated milling pins. Round groove milling pin according to DIN 8032 with teeth according to DIN 8033.

Benefits:
- High-quality HICOAT coating for high hardness and wear resistance.
- Good cutting performance thanks to optimum matching of hard metal, geometry and teeth.
- High service life.
- Thanks to exact rotation, impact-free working is possible without rattle marks. This significantly reduces wear of the tool and the tool drive.

Application recommendations:
- If the smallest area of the cutter pin diameter is used, the recommended speed can be increased accordingly.
