PFERD TOOLS 21211054 Burr Length 33 mm Product size (Ø) 3 mm Working length 2 mm Shank diameter 3 mm

Teeth 5 with high-quality HICOAT coating HC-FEP is particularly well suited for fine machining of cast iron, steel, stainless steel (INOX) and high-temperature resistant materials such as nickel base and cobalt base alloys. It produces good surfaces and allows longer tool life and use in the higher cutting speed range compared to uncoated milling pins. Ball-shaped milling pin as per DIN 8032 with teeth as per DIN 8033. Hard metal milling pins for the flexible edge machining generate almost exact chamfers or radii through their special shapes and can also be used flexibly at places difficult to access. They are mainly used in steel and aluminum construction and were developed especially for chamfering, deburring as well as rounding edges.

Benefits:
- High-quality HICOAT coating for high hardness and wear resistance.
- Good surface quality.
- High service life.
- Thanks to exact rotation, impact-free working is possible without rattle marks. This significantly reduces wear of the tool and the tool drive.
