PFERD TOOLS BW 10 SE 11 DIN10/G28 86101510 Flexible shaft transmission

Bending waves consist of three different components: The flexible soul (SE), the protective hose (SCH), the handle (HA). The flexible soul consists of four to ten layers of wire according to DIN 2076, especially for high-speed clockwise rotation. The soul clutch is firmly pressed on. After approx. 100 operating hours, the soul of a bending shaft must be re-lubricated. The protective hose consists of oil-resistant rubber, a flat steel spiral inside and solid rubber outside. The connection couplings are firmly pressed on and coated with rubber sleeves for reinforcement. The handpieces are light and handy and cover a large speed range.;In continuous operation, fatigue-free working is possible with low running noises. Interchangeable collets or the special shank holder for Morse cone enable the inclusion of various tools. The sliding connection enables a quick change of the handle. Bending shaft including handle HA 10 G28.
